Leveraging the strength of Sears’ national marketing you’ll also get creative support for local and regional promotions from our team of experts. Additionally, our team of trainers and operations experts will help you drive sales and optimize your new Sears retail franchise center.

For Sears Home Appliance Showrooms and Appliance & Hardware Stores, the store owner also does not have the burden of investing in inventory, transportation costs or inventory selection – Sears will invest in your business and take these worries away from you. Additionally, we provide owners with a 2% marketing fee subsidy for local store marketing and the potential for financing of up to 70% of the asset purchase price of the retail franchise.
